meade916 Posted September 22, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 22, 2012 I hear ya, like I said, I'm not your typical user, I enjoy running custom ROMs, being able to change absolutely everything. I hate that apple tries so hard to restrict that. No removable storage, no removable battery, stupid proprietary plug, no support for custom ROMs, updating will remove your jailbreak, etc. The screen size is probably the biggest killer for me though, love having a big screen, can't wait for the galaxy note 2!! absolutely pointless for me. No need to ever remove the battery. No need to remove the storage. Just hook it up and transfer old stuff out...easy. Love the proprietary plug and don't care about a custom "rom". Custom rom's are trouble. I like that Apple helps keep some of the garbage off my phone. The screen is just right for me. I figured I would check and see if you had posted here before I said something there. I am waiting until my contract comes up in April to get mine. I went to android and I am going to go back. I just don't do as much of the customization as some others do. I love my android, but I still like the easiness of the iPhone.
