In The Quickly Growing World Of Shallow Mount Subwoofers

Recommended Posts

Memphis released some thin line subwoofers under the S-Class line as well. These subs require 3" of mounting depth or less and come in 4 models (single 4 ohm and dual 4 ohm voice coil models in 10" or 12" diameters), and feature a composite cone and basket.

I want to know specs.

In particular xmax, rec enclosure per woofer size, and pe.

Thnx for the heads up.

So far IMO-Kicker CVT's have the championship belt in this dept. (although I'm only including stuff I have personal exp with-CVT's, Pioneer flat subs, memphis's Mclass (sucked balls-and not even technically a shallow sub) and using 8's as a solution)

So far cvt's had the most ability to sound like a SUB instead of a big midbass.
