Hey old guys lol. Middle age guys too.

I remember $1+ a watt amplifiers. SQ competitors using home processors and converting them to run 12 volts (Alesis, Rane). Now all you need is a ms8 or a bitone. Cheater amps. 10" subwoofers that required a 4cu. ft. box. lol

Orion 225 HCCA all day long. I built a system in 95 with 4 JL 10w1s, two sets of components and two of those amps and then telling people I was doing 130s in the 0-100 class.

Hey Bigsix and Colin you guys probably carried the Motorola brick phone and pager too lol.

Bite me. Lol. Sure as hell did have a pager. And for a bit after getting my first cell phone, I kept the pager and didnt give anyone my cellphone number.... now i just send everyone to voicemail.

Lol sorry figured you was old enough for that phone. I did that too.

I thought I was big shit when I got my motorola bag phone! No longer tied to a car!

I thought the same thing until my employer bought one for the company vehicles. Then I hated them.

Who else here had a fully removable pullout alpine head unit hahah. I was always the idiot carrying my stereo around with me. When detatchable faces came out it was all the rage! And cant forget my MTX blue thunders haha and the moto phone with the rubber antenna. "You can hit me up on Skytel"

Pull out radios with bazooka tubes and we were bumping big stereos lol.

Hell I remember when the Microwave first came out. I put a hot dog in there for 15 minutes and it came out as hard as a brick. better yet putting a fly in the microwave and turning it on just to watch it dissapear.

Remember when it was fun to grab a magnifying glass and go outside to burn ants.

I remember when 8mm film and a Bell & Howell projector were a way of watching movies.

I remember when the first VHS players came out.

Remember when having a AM/FM 8-track player in the car was sweet and an 8-track player at home that would record.

I remember TV's had a rotary dial on it and you did not have remotes. Dad would say change the channel and you got off your ass and changed the channel.

I remember when the first cable box came out and still no remote. More channels but had to get up and change them.
