The RMS rating is true, but the second number is max RMS @ 1 Ohm not at 2, but have normaly nothing to say. The only intresting watt´s are RMS watt´s. If you read the ampdiscription, you can see that there is no bassknob and no possiblity for a bassknob. Its when it becomes Brand A vs Brand B, and all the nuthuggers come out of the wood work making up bs reasons why one is better than the other.
