5 washers....4 chunks of pipe....a bolt that will fit through the pipe....and a Nut....:eek:

washers ground down....................... Because they were too tall DUH....

Pull out the ground up washers....with a vise grips...

no gas on that welder go get a gas bottle and it will weld so much cleaner and better

easy you can rent one does not cost much I rent mine for 12$ a month and get it filled for 35$ I only have to get it filled like once a year I weld all the time these welds do look really good to be using flux wire doing a great job
