Thanks to everyone who has left feedback. I worked all night with not much to show for it LOL. I did however remove my HU and now im going from my tablet via bluetooth into the EQ and then to my sub amp and a spare 2 channel I had laying around for the front 2 door speakers. Ill get to really test the sound out today, but so far it definitely improved the quality (probably just getting my door speakers amplified did that).

May I ask please, and you may have said it and I just missed it, but why did you do the tablet mount way out like that vs, cutting out the dash? It's unique for sure, and it's turning out well, I just was curious.

I don't think I explained it on here yet lol but with my arm resting as it does on the console ( to where my hand rest where the EQ is) it is the most natural position. Maybe its because I'm taller and keep the seat back, but I found it unpractical how far the stock radio set. This way I can transition easily between the the volume and touchscreen. Also the air vents as you can see don't leave a lot of room up there, so I'd figured I'd take care of both those problems with this!

Aren't you doing a blow through with 2 15s? Your work is something to be admired.

Yes I am. VERY slow going right now, due to time issues, but I'm hoping that I can get that corrected here very soon! We'll see. Things don't look so good for me at the moment. Have the 15's and the design, and a lot of good ideas in my head, just need time, and amps to make it happen. Probably going to run dual Crescendo bc3500d's, on per sub. Was going to do a 5500 but I'm doing, umm.....other things at the moment, so I'll have to get a single 3500 so instead of selling it, I'll pick up a second one down the line. As far as updates, nothing picture worthy just A LOT of sanding.. hoping to get somewhat of a final coat by Saturday though. I also have the design of the 4th order I will post up soon. I can't wait to start on the box. Though I must say the dd-1 put to the clarion eq and Bluetooth module then playing the test tracks from my tablet was surprisingly clean! Like no distortion at all.

That's great to hear. I did the dd-1 on my galaxy, and got no distortion or clipping what so ever at full tilt from the tablet. I was pretty shocked. I didn't do it from the 3.5mm headphone jack, but I did it from the HDMI jack, through an adapter that swaps it to RCA's. This is what I'll be using for mine.

It works pretty good, and yes as soon as I start the car and it turns on I can hit play on my tablet and be good to go. If my truck is started and I walk up to it I can here the little beep and you can play music.

Also guys I've made some progress just been busy lately, updates are coming!
