I would say your rattles are coming from your entire back wall!! Tennis balls, I understand, help to stop the flex pretty well. Also that rear sliding window is going to give you some fits. It'll rattle loose eventually if it hasn't already. Might as well change it out to a solid window asap! Otherwise, sick as hell on 1200 watts!!!

I've heard of tennis balls, I don't think that one would fit, I may have to try. People say bolt, but unless I removed the bed I don't see that working, how am I supposed to get a wrench back there? My hand wont even fit very far. I'm using an old stick welder that would melt that metal in a heartbeat, but I know some people that do some lighter materials, I'm really thinking about welding some bracing, followed by MDF, then spray foam in between, should do the job lol

Dude, that back wall is going nuts. You should meter it before and after you brace that to see what you gain just for fun

What i'd do is weld in 1/8" flat steel and basically cover the inner wall around the port. Keeps it flat but strong

That stuff looks legit..expensive too lol doubt it will hold as good as a weld though, which is what I will probably end up doing.

You can weld sheet metal with an arc welder. Not sure how much experience you have though. Set the welder to about 40 amps and use some 1/16" rod. Don't do any long beads whatsoever. It is possible.

Love them man, they get really nice down low with this setup..its right up there with sundown, skar, etc in my book.

Edit: just saw your sig, I switched from sa12s (only 2) but if they were in similar setups I imagine you would loose just a tad on the meter with the obsidians, but the low end would be better.
