I see a willingness to complain but no effort to change

Democracy works best when you have a government willing to work for it's people and the people willing to work for it's government.

Regardless of which path deviates from that, you cannot govern from extreme positions and ideologically driven policies.

America is not, nor ever was, a Democracy. Democracies never work. This country was founded as an Republic. A Republic is a government ruled by law, a Democracy is a government ruled by popular opinion.

Over the years the government has been changing from a Republic, to getting close (or arguably is) a totalitarian Oligarchical form of government, or a group of a powerful few with total power to do what they want.

Our freedoms are close to (or arguably is) gone. This NEEDS to change. We NEED to get the government back to it's former Republican glory.

The current "Republican party" is just operating under a false flag, and is mostly totally against what our founding fathers envisioned or our country. Hopefully the Libertarian party gets at least 5% of the vote, so they can have just as many rights as the "Democratic Party" and "Republican Party", and hopefully they don't become just as corrupt as those two.

Other than that, I see no way to revert our country back to what it's supposed to be without a revolution, or a reeeeeaaally long process of working our way from the little political representatives, up through the bigger guys, and eventually the president.

Just felt like bumping this. Complaining does nothing, we need to actually find logical actions to inspire the change we need. Pointing out the issues is one thing, but what are we doing about them?

Today is yesterday's tomorrow. The time to act is now.

Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

All we need is every unconstitutional legislature and department removed.

Yeah, that's pretty much everything the government is today.

Most of the voters today want the government to do what they're supposed to be constitutionally forbidden to do.

How is it the governments job to play baby sitter? It's there to uphold laws and protect the rights of their citizens. And that is ALL. Hell, the States Militias are supposed to be the majority of the countries defense.
