You would spend more money on a cap than to just get a basic volt meter Plus where do you plan on mounting the cap so you can see the voltage? "Yeah dude, I mounted a capacitor in my dash for them deebeez" You can get cheap volt meters on ebay for 5 bucks shipped. It'll prob be the one I'll get, it is pretty small.
