Audio Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 I was wondering if I siliconed off and taped off and made sure none of the acid would spill out of the battery and build a bracket for a battery so it could not tip over if it would be ok to put in my cab. And will it help with diming and power draw or is a stock battery a waste of time? I have an sae 1200 and 4 guage wiring kit. It in an 03 ford f150 king ranch super crew if it matters. The stock battery is a brand new battery out of an 07 Toyota tacoma and I have just like a normal aftermarket battery under the hood it's nothing special though. 03 Ford f150 2 Sa8 v2s Ap 1800d... Relying on tape ot seal it off is somethign I would not do as well.
