8=Drake Posted November 26, 2012 Author Report Posted November 26, 2012 i have an MRX-M100 and i feel like i would be under powering a Fi SSD without clipping. and i dont plan on buying a new amp...so i think that might be out of the picture. what about an RE SEx? EDIT: or a 13w3v3...

8=Drake Posted November 26, 2012 Author Report Posted November 26, 2012 ^^no im not, i actually didnt see that post above. but it would hit lower and deeper than a sealed 12? ive owned a type r ported at 30hz and it didn't hit the lows as well as my sealed w6...then again, i know im comparing completely different subs.

8=Drake Posted November 27, 2012 Author Report Posted November 27, 2012 no i ran a jl 500 on the w6 and the MRP m100 on the alpine. still have that amp, got rid of the jl amp. so im working with about 1000 watts @2 ohms. so i guess the fi would work...ive been looking around some more and people have been recommending a fi in a sealed set up. so i think im going to go with that
