I realized when I out it away, that I can put some more resin on the back side too. Didnt completely soak through so that will strengthen it up a bit as well. The other day in my infinite wisdom I started to try my hand with bondo for the first time to straighten the imperfections, about 3rd blend I started getting the hang of it and had called a girl I know that does body and paint work to help me out. After she was done laughing at me she suggested if I'm going to wrap it, to knock down the big imperfections and wrap it with thin foam padding then cover that with the material you intend on using that way you don't have to do endless hours of sanding. Cause as you all know, I've got the needles in thr arms feeling from the glass! No, no rainbow fur! Ill leave that one for adam and his latest build!! But the surface is going to have to be close to paint ready I think for this stuff. Unless I can find different stuff to use. Ill just leave it at that, I've already said too much!! That 3M is actually not that bad, it's not the same as Bondo. I know 3M makes Bondo, but they have their own plant from what I was told. 3M has some stuff called "3M Platinum" that is really, really good. Right up there with Evercoat according to the body shops I recently spoke with. I plan on trying it next!And your right about the fleece, I noticed that last year when building my front doors. I resined both sides of it, and was super strong, before even adding any mat. That panel should be plenty strong! Anyway, good job man, in for more when you get the chance! Oh and I hope all is well?
