Aaron Tuck TBA
Hey fellas it's been awhile since I've posted on here but i could you some help and figured I'd share my slow slow slow project. I need some advise on what size wheels i can/should run. I've lowered the front 4" and the rear 3.25" so for until I can get my C-notch in. After I notch it I'll have a 4/6 static drop. It's not my daily driver but it can't be driven really with the factory 15" wheels on it. They rub the lower control arm at about 1/4 turn. So I'm curious if any of you have an idea what specs I need on some wheels.(width and ET) I am leaning towards some 18's because I snagged up some awesome condition Pirelli 245/60 R18's. Any help is awesome. I'll share a couple photos of the truck put keep in mind it's rough and just sits at my buddies shop until I can make time to work on it. This shows the rear before i did the front. After I did the front. 2000 Cavalier 4 doorXS D925XS D2400XS D31004 runs of 1/0 Mechman 270 2 DD 9515js

wellington
I saw a full size with small wheels and tires (14", 3" tires) and thought it looked so good. What a nice change from all the stupid hot wheels rims I always see. I suggest smaller wheels/tires 2010 HHR LT - DNX 6160 - sony xec-700 - sony xm-4040 for door mids - XM-6020 for tweets in a-pillar - saz1500d v1 - VVME RD-12 1.75 f^3 32hz guru and president of the "cheap asses trying to beat up the block with bargain bin woofers" club

What a nice change from all the stupid hot wheels rims I always see. I suggest smaller wheels/tires small tires and wheels like that are for guys that hop their trucks. you probably say a set of wire wheels right? as a member of the hot wheels crowd with 24s big wheels are meant to be flashy. Strangely my truck rides better iwth them than the stocks you see alot of guys doing a pro street setup now staggered with an 18 int he front and 20 in the back IMO anything under 20s doesnt fit the well on a lowered truck. 20s are cheap as hell now adays you my be ok with 18s at first but you will eventually say i should have went bigger.
