If I turn it down that low enough for the light to just flicker it's maybe half volume of my performance teknique amp and I know this can do way better then that. littlebuck1919 Posted December 10, 2012 Report Share Posted December 10, 2012 i was with Nate Futuristic when he was setting his AQ2200 and the DD-1 was about dead nuts with the clipping light on the knob...the reason his knob died was likely because he beat the piss out of it to try to fit it into his center councle lol so i guess to the people saying it's 100% inaccurate are saying not to trust the DD-1...set it with a dd-1 and ignore the knob if nothing else, ur call. And then one day i turned my truck on ( volume off) and a 25ish hz tone went threw the sub full tilt and bent the cone ( aluminum cone TC sub woth Ti basket) Thats the last bassknob ill ever use, Was also louder without the knob and subs stayed cooler 1998 gmc extd cab 12 crossfire C710s 4 SAZ-4500s 3 Singer 400A altsbuncha mids/highs Team Asshole Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
