You have to be the first person I know that claims to not know how to post pictures or videos and when instructed on how still claims they can't. Until you have pics or a video to post you might as well stop posting or asking questions on the subject cause your going to start getting answers you wont like. How long have you had said amp btw?

I think it could be a bad connection....so when pulling current it is creating heat causing smoke. like when you see a bad install with a horrible ground connection it will work but evently melt the wire which shouldnt ever happen.

Are you watching the amp smoke or just the smell/smoke inside the car?

Typically, they would direct you to Maxxsonics tech support and customer service for trouble shooting and warranty discussions.
