Here is a 3D of what it would basically look like. I don't have any fear of this fitting in and out of the trunk either:

Looks good. nice job clean seams...dig the slight roundover on sub cutout and the roundover on the port.. Always gives a box a softer look. You painting or coating it? did you use glue or anything or just screws I don't see any glue drips from the joints so I'm just wondering?

it looks like there is somehting smearing along the seams but I mean actual bond like wood glue or liquid nails in the joint. Not hating just wondering. Looks awesome though.

Did you use a tablesaw cus the cuts look really great if you didn't.

looks great but its pretty small. only 2.75 ft^3 which is good for 10's but for 12's i would have done atleast 3.5 ft^3. also the port area is low, you have 12.27 in^2 of port per cube. i like 14 - 16 ft^3 per cube. but it does look really well built!

It wasn't built specifically for Skars. The tuning will work perfectly and it will allow great cone control with the power he will be pushing. He didnt have a lot of room to play with in the car so I left him some depth. The car is a Mazda 3 and we will see how this box performs first before we try something else. I'm pleased with how well it's turned out and I think the subs will do work in the box. The lower you tune, the less port area per foot you need as well. Aside from internal airspace(which we will compensate for will a lot of power) the box is pretty damn perfect.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

Oh, I never mentioned, the box was built ORIGINALLY for a couple of Boss 12s. I'm glad the boy came to his senses. The box was assembled using Titebond II and I also put a good bead of clear caulk on seams. I've used liquid nails in the past and its STRONG as hell but a pain to work with. Especially if sanding has to be done. A circular saw with jig was used to make cuts as someone WAS curious
