john253a Posted December 9, 2012 Report Posted December 9, 2012 No way tune 28hz you'll never get it that low 32-33hz would be me But he'll never get that either within that box shap and design Idd susgest anything under 40hz that fits with a standard psp port As for coil config most on a 3 setup would get dual 2 as to get 2000rms at 2.66 is a big amp and cost a bit of coin Edit "CS" you'll see I said desired Hz Just do you
bigmescan Posted December 9, 2012 Author Report Posted December 9, 2012 i thought 3d4's would put me at 2.66 and im gonna have to upgrade the amp to probably a t2500.1 and i have no clue what you said bout the 3in aero. can you elaborate please To get proper sq. inches per cube on port area, he meant that each sub needs a 3" aero to satisfy GOOD port area per cubic foot. ahhh ok SONY XAV-701HDRF power 400.4 RF power 1000bd 3 Sundown x8's d22004 f150 single cab2 sets of components MB quart 6.5 onx (2 tweets 2 6.5 perdoor)stock batt up fronBIG 3http://www.stevemead...-vid-pg-11-922/http://www.youtube.c.../TheBigmescan74

pa-pa-platypus Posted December 9, 2012 Report Posted December 9, 2012 fire at the b-pillar like you are..this truck does like high 30's tuning.. mounting your amps to the box is the only way you're going to get enough room back there... my truck is sub up and amp mounted on front of the box.. id do a single 6" port or 2 4's..whichever is easier This isn't teeball. YOU DO NOT GET A TROPHY JUST BECAUSE YOU SHOW UP. Put the work in and then maybe get the respect when it has been earned 151.6 with single 12 at 41 hz 153.2 with 2 12's at 43 hz power: dd m4
bigmescan Posted December 9, 2012 Author Report Posted December 9, 2012 would that clear the magnets with a 6in aero. so with the dimensions i gave with a 6 in aero would be at 36hz and how long would the aero need to be SONY XAV-701HDRF power 400.4 RF power 1000bd 3 Sundown x8's d22004 f150 single cab2 sets of components MB quart 6.5 onx (2 tweets 2 6.5 perdoor)stock batt up fronBIG 3http://www.stevemead...-vid-pg-11-922/http://www.youtube.c.../TheBigmescan74
