rocketboy1000rr Posted December 13, 2012 Author Report Posted December 13, 2012 That baffle probably cost more than my car Well, there's 12 sheets of birch plywood in it so far, and I'm gunna add 1 or 2 more layers to it so... 12 sheets of birch ply @ $38 per sheet = $456 1 new router bit, thousands of 2" finish nails, 1 1/2 gallons of wood glue, Fiberglass, body filler, sand paper, urethane primer... I probly have a easy $550 in the baffle alone not counting the DAYS of labor it took to build the damn thing... ALL for the Bass!!!
