hondakid1996
Whats up guys. Alright, it's time for new subs. Currently i have 2 alpine type x 12's on a us amps ax3200 DE. My box is 3.8 cubes after all displacements tuned to 28 hz with 15 square inches of port per cube. Don't get me wrong, i love the type x's, but they don't like 3k and i know it can be louder. So what would you recommend for my application? I don't have much of a budget yet, so whatever you guys think will work im open to look into. Only other request is that the sub is a good low end performer. I love me some decaf! Thanks everyone.
AK bass
FI sp4 15 would take 3k all day or something like two dc lvl 4 12s but in the end its up to you "The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources." hondakid1996
Actually i only paid 400 for the pair of type x's. Id never pay full retail for one. I was looking at a pair of fi bl 12's fully loaded though. Anyone have any input on them?
AK bass
FI is a pretty good brand I have one 18 btl and it has a lot more sq then I thought it would have. Two bl's fully loaded should handle 3k no problem and sound good "The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources."
