sprkn_ranger Posted November 11, 2013 Author Report Posted November 11, 2013 Haven't done it yet, but I need to pull the secondary ignition coil pack off and clean all the connections on it and see if that fixes it. It's been having a somewhat rough idle (hardly noticeable) and just the other day the check engine light came on. Code shows it's the secondary ignition coil pack. I have a feeling it's just going bad though, in which case I will be making a trip to www.rockauto.com to buy a new one. They range from $25-$65 on rockauto. Can't remember if I posted the picture here or not, but it was a faded green color when I got it and I am sanding it down and primering it white. There were a few pits in it and one corner was cracked (hairline cracks) so I put the first coat of primer on and sanded it down a bit to make it easy to see where the spots that needed to be fixed were.
