Altima1
I got a lot done, i have to say this is the hardest thing i have EVER built......ive put in about 40 hours so far on these doors and prob got another 20hrs. Still need to do some sanding and then body filler and MORE sanding then primer. After that ill give them to the shop to wrap. This is the design i came up with, i didnt want it to be too crazy so it would make it hard to wrap.....the main reason why the groves are at the bottom is so your feet have room when you get in and out of the car. I added the last touch of glue on the back before i start glassing them, its actually part of the door now. 149.4 Db @ 30Hz Outlaw With One 15" Fi Team Sub, Trunk Build. !!!!!Hair Tricks!!!!!Check Out The Build Log http://www.stevemead...0-4-and-t400-4/Watch The Videos http://www.youtube.com/user/jcplaya3
Altima1
Worked 8hrs on these today and finished all this.....tired as SHITTTTT!!!!!!! I finally broke down a bought a Dremel since i really needed it for this, It was over a hour of cutting and sanding with the grinder wheel to get the cirlcles cut out clean. Put some fiberglass on in a few places that i could to add some more strength.....these things are crazy strong now 149.4 Db @ 30Hz Outlaw With One 15" Fi Team Sub, Trunk Build. !!!!!Hair Tricks!!!!!Check Out The Build Log http://www.stevemead...0-4-and-t400-4/Watch The Videos http://www.youtube.com/user/jcplaya3
