I wanted to do a 140 on that P300-1 but it aint happening! There was a little random pointless vent behind the waterfall dash, took that out, flush mounted switch. Just like everything else in the car! Thats what i was going for. And they dont draw alot of current, so i can leave then on along with my red LED's under my dash. I see people looking everywhere i go. Shlomi Vinny Posted August 21, 2013 Report Share Posted August 21, 2013 And yes your right they are a PAIN IN THE ASS to work on. i remember the trouble i had fitting just 8 gauge wire through my firewall, lol. I wont be doing the Big 3 myself because i do nottttt wanna mess my baby up. I know people at JR's Vovo (best volvo repair/mechanics in KY) and they said they'd do it for me so im gonna trust them more ! Haha. Had to run my 4 gauge through the passenger side, was a pain to find a place to run the wire through. Glad you know mechanics that will do it for you with the proper equipment, my car is hard to work on, and it's a 98, since yours is an 07, I imagine it being more complex, so smart move if you're not comfortable to work on it. Very nice build man! I just started reading, but when i saw this is was like I have a S40 myself, its a Manual T4. I ran 2 1\0G and a 6mm boost hose through one gromet that already head a nice wiring loom through it... You guys really need to look em better... lol Imma keep reading now.. Edit: looks AWESOME! man! My buddy has one a d we can't find anything on changing out that stereo That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do.
