lolos Posted January 18, 2013 Report Posted January 18, 2013 I was thinking on either buying two psi platform 1s or two audioque HDC 3.0 twelves and im going to be putting them in a 1999 oldsmobile eight eighty which one will be the better subwoofer that will hit amazing lows be loud and clean with a hifonics brutus 1200.1D? No battery yet might get one but i just wanna know cuz they are around the same price range and i like both companies.

But they can be a bit picky about the box da fuq? it's 2 12's, the aq's and psi's have the same amount of cone area. honestly op, with 1.2k rms i'd go with the platform 1's. The hdc's would like 1 of those amps each, 1 per coil if you know what you're doing lol. If you wanted to go with aq i'd say the sdc's on that power. c'mon now, if i was shooting an 8 year old, it wouldnt be MY 8 year old. i recently got a Pyle PL1590BL and i was building an enclosure for it tuned to 25 hz. i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer. 2003 Infiniti G35 Sport Sedan Build in Progress
