FINISHED! Wookie's 2dr Explorer C-pillar wall.

Recommended Posts

Alright a little busy for video but here is pstone's surprise. Nothing too cool but a little "ah ha!"
So awhile ago, I dont even remember when, why, or how I came across pstone and wanted this item. It was to the point that I didnt even remember I had it. While i was digging through wire and accessories to use for the build I found it. I figured "hey i kinda drive a flying white sausage now, what the hell, I like it" My finishing touch on the build!

are you planning on sealing that off at the front? I drive the same explorer and have contemplated doing the same thing as you. What was the max height that you could get and still slide the box in?

c'mon now, if i was shooting an 8 year old, it wouldnt be MY 8 year old.

i recently got a Pyle PL1590BL and i was building an enclosure for it tuned to 25 hz. i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer.

No its not going to be walled. I can seat 4 comfortably still and take the box out (3 person job) if i need to. Here is the design

DISREGARD THE PORT IN THE SPECS!

The top corners are not just router'd, I took a disk sander to them and took off about 1/2" at a 45degree angle. Box doesnt move an inch without being bolted to the floor
