it says ssd on the coil. I paid 160 for both another question i have is i can tell they where reconed sometime in there life and when i ohm load them all coils say 1.6 is that even a option for the coils?

160 for 1600rms worth of woofers. i'd say its a good deal as long as both are in working condition.

1.6 coils are 2 ohm. so you have d2 woofers, and can only wire to 2 ohm on an amp. or 1 ohm if you get two amps. or 2 ohm if you strap two amps.

I wired my 2 d2 ohm woofers to .5 ohm. Just wondering why you said only can wire to 2 ohms on 1 amp.

I think he was just stating that those ohm loads would be safe, and not recommending to wire down to .5.
