RooTxBeeR
4 8's has shy of 50sq in of cone area than 2 10's. Check the motor for of them in comparison to see what got more strength. CleanSierra
I would ABSOLUTELY suggest the 4 8s over the 2 10s. With the equipment mentioned, I think the 8s will sound better in the right enclosure. Cone area aside, the 8s certainly have more motor force than the two SX 10s when all added together. You have 2 subs with a motor force of 21 BL and the 8s have a motor force of 17.56 BL. I believe the the SAs have more potential than the 2 RE 10s. It will come down to a proper box and tuning though. It's also important, if you're gonna want to get the most out of the amp and run at 1 ohm, you'll need Dual 2 ohm subs. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
john253a
If you have the space for all above options Idd go the 8's But if you looking at 15's in the same price bracket idd pick that, for 2 resions, 1 is new so you know it good to go 2 you can get any brand so you'll have the best sub to suit you space avaible (fiq15 would be my 1st chose)
