Already worked it out with Jay over at b2. Their deadener has a thicker foil then secondskin damp pro and has almost the same amount of brutal. Then I'm gonna re foam my headliner in, and find the best way to use expanding foam tape (in my doors) and open cell foam (stuffed in sunroof). It will be cooking in the back of my mind for a while... Yeah the dd audiophile components are heaven. 80prs is great, I wish I had more tunability. I'd like to individually be able to set EQ on each speaker along with the time alignment, slope, crossover, and db. That's the only lack of a function I don't like about it. Its awesome for a 3 way SQ set up but being that my subs have so much more power, I basically have to choose. Launch my subs cone into my driver seat, or have weak midbass. My mids loved midbass and sounded like 6.5 inch subwoofers that made vocals crystal clear also. But alas... I choose having my subs sound the way I want them and losing out on the redonculous midbass the aw6.5's give. Definitely will never choose another set of door speakers any time soon. They are awesome. The tweeter is fresking amazing and the mid is nothing short of the same. I could imagine a bad ass double aw6.5 mid on 150rms each per door fiberglassed in nicely sealed pods.... Then a aw3 and a at28 up in the A pillar and door sail respectively on a solid 75 rms each. With a crap ton of EQ, and active time allignment I bet I could sit and listen to that set up for a week and not get bored. Ah... Maybe one day.
