cylinder 1 and 3 misfire again

so on the way home from work today my car started misfiring like crazy and was super gutless when i started off lights and shifted. mainly 2500-3200 rpms was crazy backfiring/misfiring then it was fine after that, at idle my rpm's go up and down, took my friend for a ride to see if he knew....then check engine light came on going up the hill which was nice, got cylinder 1 misfire, cylinder 3 misfire and random cylinder misfire.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

car is a 2000 integra ls non vtec

168xxx km 5 speed, just changed spark plugs and did sea foam about a month ago.

You said you changed the plugs, what about the wires? Does it even have a distributor? Not familiar with those cars.you could have carbon tracking going on if you reused the plug wires.

Check for vacuum leaks.

Not saying this is the problem but it is possible you have water in the fuel, get some heet gas anti-freeze and see if it changes. Had a problem where my filler neck got a hole in it and was letting water in the tank causing misfires and poor performance. Check all wiring to the injectors and engine harness to make sure that everything is good and no worn or melted wires which may lead to the problem.

How did your plugs look ? I had a similar issue. My problem was oil getting past the rings especially at higher rpms, I replaced mine with a little hotter plug, before that I had a gasket leak spraying antifreeze into my distributer. It could be a number of things as OP stated also
