EricDoody95
? why not buy one good amp? Because i my subs are D2. So i can either wire at 2 ohms, .5 ohms or 8 ohms. i want to run at least 1000RMS to each sub, finding an amp that is 2000RMS @ 2 ohms is gonna be expensive, i have a budget 2003 Honda Element Pioneer DEH-9400BT Big 3 XS Power D5100 Sky High CCA (2 Runs 1/0 Gauge) 2 XS Power D3100s 1 DC Audio 3.5k @ 1ohm. 2 DC Level 4's w/ XL Softies Custom Box tuned to 29hz CT Sounds 125.4 2 Sets of CT sounds Meso Components *North East Frequencies*
Moreno93
had the GLX1000.1 it got a bit warmer then i wanted it to be ( mine goes behind my back seat ) didn't like it so i bought the bigger one, GLX1400.1 was running both at 2 ohms. Much cooler. Same Size too.

Moreno93
sorry to clearify, it's behind a seat and doesn't get very much air. So i wanted a amp that would stay cool before i put it behind the seat. i mean it'll push them didn't have any problems with it just was personally preference. Watch the bass
The only actual line of trustage from Hifonic´s is the BZR line, the other lines are known for not doin rate. I wouldn´t run a Gladiator amp @ 0.5 Ohm. Get 2 BRZ 1200 http://www.woofersetc.com/c-3-amplifiers.aspx?manufacturerid=34, or with a BRZ 2100 2400 http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=Gladiator&Channels=Mono&_dcat=18795&Brand=Hifonics&_osacat=18795&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313&_nkw=BRZ&_sacat=18795 "in the abundance of water, the fool is thirsty" Bob Marley

I want to send at LEAST 1000RMS to each sub and i cant run at 1 ohm if im going to be using a single amp. 2003 Honda Element Pioneer DEH-9400BT Big 3 XS Power D5100 Sky High CCA (2 Runs 1/0 Gauge) 2 XS Power D3100s 1 DC Audio 3.5k @ 1ohm. 2 DC Level 4's w/ XL Softies Custom Box tuned to 29hz CT Sounds 125.4 2 Sets of CT sounds Meso Components *North East Frequencies*

I understand that, but the BRZ is not so much over the GLX line, cheapest offer of the GLX 1000 i found was 160. Surly you want get 1000 watt RMS per sub from the Gladiator series. Little cheaper offer http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/p_23922_Hifonics_BRZ12001D.aspx "in the abundance of water, the fool is thirsty" Bob Marley
Guest
BRZ is the only decent line hifonics offers nowadays. everything else (aside from some XXV) is trash.
