Think about it your pretty much taking their holy grail of a stock gen 6(?) Civic and takin all the sports car out of it by putting a wall in it thats probly guna weigh 200 ish pounds when system is all said in done. By no means am i complainin just pondering and laughing. I think hes trying to ask what the total weight of the car is and that it will only be able to drive as fast as someone walking. It should be on the inside edge of your drivers door, in your manual, etc. You might be pushing it with all that extra weight.... I could almost bet that you could throw some CRV coils in there. A bag system would be best in this application but there is ways to cut corners while retaining quality.
