CleanSierra Posted April 9, 2013 Report Posted April 9, 2013 I hear what you're saying but if you had the front rcas out of the head unit, left to one set of channels an right to the other set of channels, how is that different? If you're not feeding the amp a front and rear signal, it doesn't know front and rear. It only knows left and right if that's the signal you're giving it. So my question still remains the same, why would it see a mono signal if you're giving it left and right divided, left to first two channels, right to the second two channels? Ok now I see what you're saying. I guess that could work, hell I don't know. My brain is officially Jell-O after thinking about this. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

SnowDrifter Posted April 9, 2013 Report Posted April 9, 2013 Going back to the crossover points: My own opinion(since I have the same mids and tweets) is to cross the mids from 60-3.5kHz, and the tweets from 3.5k and up using a 24db/octave crossover. scooter99 Posted April 9, 2013 Report Posted April 9, 2013 Ok so I'm still waiting for Ray but I've been told by another reputable source that they are in fact now running their 4 channel that way, and while they have the same exact crossover settings on their amp front and rear channels, if you had different you wouldn't be able to tune from the amp you'd have to tune from another source.
