She complained to the front desk and she came back limping to us. They sent her a drink on the house but she was in pain the while time we ate. After we went up to the desk to make a written report and they said sorry you can make it but you have no witnesses so you guys can leave with the report. We did get a report but they were rude and now my girl is hurt and at this very moment we are leaving. And if not: you can look and see that they are wet and will be a bit slicker than usual. Sorry, but unless there is something more to this: I don't think it's the restaurant's fault here. It's like getting a hot coffee, chugging it, then getting upset at Starbucks because you burned your throat. Or suing the city because you walked off a curb and twisted your ankle. Don't get me wrong: I'm sorry your girlfriend took a spill, but unless there was something clearly wrong with the bathroom like the tiles were coming up or there was an inch of water on the ground or something, that's her issue. Suck it up and don't try and blame the business not trying to make things worse... but id have to agree with this... as a manager of a retail store we have people who try to blame stuff on us all the time... usually its their fault or the kids fault. was running and tripped and smacked his head on a shelf or walked into a table... mfers just cant see straight or something... but yeah. if its a real prob get pictures. but be warned some places dont allow this either. cops have to do it...

I've even heard rumor that some Herpina burned her lip on a hot pickle and won money. So if you want to hard try enough, take them for everything, if only because of how rude they were.
