Peyton Cole
I had 2 sa15s professionally installed on Friday to a hifonics Brutus 2400.1d they sounded real crisp and punchy for a day with the gains set half way I get in the car today and I hear nothing but a obnoxious distorted rattle I didn't smell anything burning and I pushed in the subs and they didn't make any scratchy noises but I hate to hear that my brand new subs aren't so brand new anymore edit subs are completely fine amps were just set incorrectly! purplesyrup
check ground, power wires, sounds like your amp is not getting power or dumping it right, or there could be a problem with the amp Edited February 25, 2013 by purplesyrup

pa-pa-platypus
Radioactive in Birmingham they said the coils smelled like they were burning anywhere past halfway so they set them at half so I wouldn't blow my subs tuning by smell ftw 12 Quote This isn't teeball. Since they installed it take it back and get your money back for the hack job they probably did. You need to have good grounds with the paint sanded away. is the big 3 done? where are you located? only way to tune is with an o-scope or dd1 1 Quote 13 Kia Forte Build! 07 Hyundai Accent Build ***Super Seller*** N8ball2013 And then he gets to say ok all you guys were right. im sorry for being a dummy poo poo head.
