1. They're kickers..

2. You need to set your gains properly. If you dont know or cant do it properly, tune it by ear.. If distortion starts theres your point just back it off... Thats the ghetto way but hey it s better than going blind!

No, and NO

Gains need to be set with either an Oscope or DD-1 to not clip. DMM if neither is accessible

Even JL Audio reccomends the DMM method, for which they explain how to do, and OP is running the HD 750/1

wow, guys he is asking for help. contribute to the answer or just dont post.

the best possible answer is clipping, could be something else but its a good place to start. maybe the person before you beat on them hard clipping bad and did some damage to them.

Bc it obviously has nothing to do with the fact that you have no clue on how the hell to set gains or even know what clipping is... Just take them out of the box, turn your gain and bass boost all the way up, and free air them on full tilt. Make sure your head unit is turned all the way up though, or it wont work.. Oh, and post vids when doing so. :squintfinger:

cause your so cool being a douche over the internet, sorry i dont know everything like you

Without music, life would be an error
