i have been looking for an amp for my door speakers and tweeters in my daily driver. i am about the only one that rides in the vehicle.

which would be better a 4 or 2 channel amp for me. i have set of hifonics 6.5 components in the front doors 65 watts rms and a set of jbl 6.5 coaxial speakers in the rear deck 75 watts rms. going to change them to a set of the hifonics 6.5 components. as mentioned above. i would like the rear speakers to be amplified for when i have passengers. both sets of speakers are 4ohm speakers.

so which would be a 2 channel or 4 channel amp?

what amp or brand would you recommend?

I say 4 channel, so you can better control the front and rear stages before.

Heck, if you really want to go the extra mile, get 2, 4 channels so you can run active with the tweeters

I can say from experience that amp is great.

It has been my daily driver for a little over a year now, and is still doing good clean power with my alpine head unit.
