chasing some 6 or 6.5 subs (not mid drivers)

been asked to do a build for someone who needs the leg room behind the front seats

so im looking for beefy 6 or 6.5 subs

if seen what available on sonic/woofertec and just want to know what what else is around

that your herd and would recomend

I think partsexpress.com has some Dayton 6.5" subs that look pretty promising. I believe TangBand also has a really solid 6.5" sub too

looks good but 0.33net is one bid ass box

doesnt say if that ported or sealed through

Im sure that's ported Jon. DDs like big boxes, I.think.that's true for just about all of their subs

hes got about 0.8-0.9gross depending the angle i set it on

if i was to use the dd, idd have to give it a more clearance as i see it has 2" of movement

so if the 0.33 is sealed idd just get 2 in

where as a jl w3 idd get 4

might have to shoot dd an email for sealed specs

Don't count out the TangBands. I believe it was Ray that was really impressed with their stuff. He's messed around with lots of setups so I'm sure he's played with the 6.5s. They have a pretty low Fs and like 11.5 MM of Xmax
