A 7k, a Focus, and a two walled 18s.

I cut the roof pieces, my Titebond didn't want to come out smoothly. I had to use the paint stick to distribute it evenly.

Clamping the pieces together.

Next I applied silicon to the area where the plexiglass will sit.

I made sure the plexi was clean and ready to go

Then I stuck it in there and applied silicon around the edges.

I removed a small section of the roof to help hold the plexiglass in place

Here a pic with just one of the roof pieces in, before I glue the two together

Test fit with the baffle

Took the baffle out, drilled holes and started the screws like I did earlier.

Here I've got it screwed in, with fiberglass mat everywhere.

Trying to contain the incoming mess

This part reminded me how much I hate the smell of fiberglass. The gas mask almost makes it tolerable but I still could only handle my head being in that thing for 10 minutes at a time.

I can't smell any resin fumes with my mask on.

I bought the aluminum from lowes. Should have it at any hardware store. I used 1/4"x1" aluminum bar.

We got some 2 by 4s

Now they have been cut

I drill and prescrewed the screws

This strap is going to help prevent the wall from going forward. Its attached to both of the rear seat belt mounts.

The 2 by 4s are going on

Here We are measuring and cutting the beauty panels. This was a pain in the ass.
