everythinginstall Posted April 6, 2013 Author Report Posted April 6, 2013 Started Removing the protective cage from the van today to start building the subwoofer enclosre. The enclosure will be about 12 cubes and tuned to around 38 hz. Here are some pics.

All pieces cut and ready to roll Top & bottom of box pre-drilled holes with countersink! Wood glue spread evenly at ever joint. 45's for all corners. Glued/nailed/siliconed in place Trim Pieces for front of box to add riggidity and look. Trim piece rough cut out Routered Trim piece Pic with subs in box with and without trim Ring Another Trim Rings mounted to box
