mattie Posted March 29, 2013 Report Share Posted March 29, 2013 Hopefully this is in the right place, I'm looking into having a bigger alt. built for my Suzuki samurai from Rush Power Systems, he advises using a Dial a Volt external regulator to adjust on the fly from 14-16 volts for a 250 amp alt. mattie Posted March 29, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 29, 2013 I told him I turn my system down at lights for respect of others so he suggested since I do that to use the regulator so when Im playing it at higher volumes I can turn it up and when Im at the lights I can turn it down. I have 5 gears to shift already, I don't want to have to adjust that. I have a mono amp for the subs but I have a 4 channel for the highs. Thank You guys.
