pintich
yeah, thats a bass boost knob. total garbage. get the PAC unit that goes inline with the RCAs. they dont cost much. I agree. there 15 bucks yeah, but like i wrote before i am pretty limited to what i can buy, if i orfering a pac lc1 i will have to pay tax + shipping to get it to me so its not a option. pintich
I I've used bass knobs like the one pictured the frequency side some what works, for example if you turn it to the right youll only be allowing lower frequencies pass and it is used with rcas(see the white circles pictured at the top) that shows you which side is input and output It wont boost your bsss its a resistor Thanks! so if i got all right now. then it will not effect the bass in a boost or less bass. So it's just like a LPF? yes the frequency knob is like a LPF Thanks alot
barney91
No problem.i use these for people who want a bass knob but don't want to wait for the PAC unit to ship. Just to make it clear it won't boost your signal , also its pretty bulky Alpine 9884 RF T2 comp set up front The Epicenter 2x RF T10001bd 2x Sundown sa-15 t-line Big 3 Smd DD-

Just to make it clear it won't boost your signal , also its pretty bulky yeah i understand that i only want it to control how much bass i am playing, if that sound right i am not the best to explain but i dont want to have so much bass in some songs ex some SQ songs, and at that point its perfect to just turn it down

ChevyBoy95
With this tax and shipping what will it really cost? Better get the PAC LC1 if you want it done right, or you could cheap out, get a cheaper knob that can't do what you need it to do correctly. I am not sure about how much it whould be, But this one should work. It still have a Gain knob so will not that just be the same thing? and just leave the freq around my lpf on the mono.
