Mareze Moore Posted April 3, 2013 Author Report Posted April 3, 2013 im experienced this is not for me!! not a beefy enough woofer for my taste. its for a friend he want to spend $120 on one 15" woofer. I love my sa12 so I was wonder how good was there lower models.. any one else?
shogen Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 so you want to overpower an e series??? maybe you should look into a different woofer for "your friend" .... what amp are you...I mean is your friend using??? Pioneer Premier P880PRS ll Front Stage: US Acoustics 4060 - Random speakers currently ll Sub Stage: Crescendo BC3500D - 15" Xcon sealed @ 3.28 cubes ll Electrical: - Kinetik HC1800(front) NEW***DieHard P-2(rear) beaker- I know this sounds like a lot of anime bullshit, but it is true.
Torres Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 if they're rated at 400 RMS then just put 400 watts to it and be happy. if you or whoever wants more power, get a different woofer
Mareze Moore Posted April 3, 2013 Author Report Posted April 3, 2013 not sure sure I jus know its a hifonics I think like 1200watt he... I know its not good but he pairing it with a cvr 15 and no clue on box size jus a shitty prefab
CaPRiCEx383 Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 Tell him to sell his cvr and buy two e15" or just buy another cvr. Don't mix subs. Also look into building a custom box. 90 Nissan 240sx Avic z-140bh Audison SR4 Audison Voce 6.5s CDT es-20 tweeters Sundown 1500v3 (2) DD 9510's 3 cube box 2 6" aeros XS Power D2400 & Xp950 Skyhigh/Knukonceptz/Rockford Fosgate wiring More Coming Soon.. Mareze Moore Posted April 3, 2013 Author Report Posted April 3, 2013 well what are some decent 15" subs that are $120 or close
Mareze Moore Posted April 3, 2013 Author Report Posted April 3, 2013 Tell him to sell his cvr and buy two e15" or just buy another cvr. Don't mix subs. Also look into building a custom box good idea but the box would never happen too cheap
john253a Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 this is the problem with half ass info decent subs around 120 or so doest that mean his looking at 2, 3 or 4 as that bring the budget up tell you mate to measure his space work out what he has work out what he wants to keep from what equipment he has already and a total budget on the rest not a per unit price, (not all subs are equal so 2 doesnt mean better or louder then 1) post all they above and nothing else until then and youll get the correct help
