I used the contact form on the website and got a response within the hour. Hope that helps! TeamHT Posted May 2, 2013 Report Share Posted May 2, 2013 We had to resend all the paperwork (business license and such) and all that and was told he would follow up after catching up on all the back orders. That was last week and besides that we're waiting on one order so I can be a little more patient. I've been getting responses from the sales @ FI email. ive used sales @fi and dealeras @aa and still no response Hmmm...that doesn't sound too good.
