FCS530
I had a great time! Got to meet alot of you guys. Some great demos for sure. Got one hell of a sunburn. Hell, I even got to help out. I never thought I would have so much fun having a windshield blow up in my hand! Went in knowing nothing, soaked in lots of info, walked away with a 141.9 @ headrest @ 38hz. I had no idea what to expect for numbers, but considering how cheap I am, I'm happy! Several systems, several vehicles. cjvue
Trunk cars are hard to get loud so a 141.9db is a great start. Like I mentioned to you, a box new box with some room for sound wave to pass through will gain you some. FCS530
I would like to figure out a way to seal the trunk off so I could turn it around. It cant be in there permanently but there has to be a way to use some kind of a rubber seal or weather stripping to seal it when i put it in. I have a few ideas! It would be nice if the trunk lid wasnt trying to jump off the hinges all of the time! Several systems, several vehicles. cjvue
Sealing off the trunk will do as well. I don't have enough expereince with trunks so I can't say what will work best.
