I have some rims that came off my wifes yukon when we bought it that Im trying to sell locally. I found someone that said that they are interested in the wheels for trade for Hertz Hi-energy 3 ways with 2 8" hertz subs. Think maybe I should pull the trigger on it? I may need to re-sell these to fund the rest of my build.

I know that I need to take a look at the tweeter wires and make sure that they are braided. Also need to take the cover off the crossover and make sure it does not say "nertz". Anything I should look for in the mid? or anything else?

We text back and forth a lot. He's local to me and does custom enclosures, pods, fiberglass work. I asked him if he was on any forums and/or website and he said no. I asked if purchased from a authorized dealer and said yes, but I just went to elettromedia.com and checked to see if there was a shop in gilroy ( where he said he got them from) and did not see any in gilroy. Im goin to ask him tommorrow what shop exactly he bought them from. I need to make sure that they are not fakes and get hustled.
