a little bit of stupid but mostly confidence.

i mean if im looking for glass that im buying because im counting on it to save my life by stopping bullets (or a loved one's life) im gonna be way more app to buy it from a company that is so confident in their product that they'd trust their life with it too.

if not it's like buying a safety harness for window washing from someone who wouldn't strap one on themselves and hang over the side of a 30 story building.
