CXMaudio
First off the build is pretty fucking sweet. Rarely do I make comments on build threads but your wall construction is nice and tight. Also speaking from experience that box is too big for 4 sa12s. I ran 4 sa12s for almost two years and they were in 6.8 cubes with 6 4" aeroports. The numbers are in the SIG and it was done in a no wall setup. I don't honestly think you should shrink the box since its a wall but it is too big. So my suggestion then is to add woofers to the equation. Also with those two 9.875" ports you have waaaaaay too much port area. That comes out to be around 15sqin of port per cuft and with an aeroport you should be in the 7-13 sqin per cuft range, with any thing above 13" being for purely SPL. If you added 2 more woofers in the 10 cubes or so that is available that would give you 1.66 cubes per woofer. Then on that note you would be perfect at doing 10sqin per cuft (would need a 100sqin port) to increase your scores and have a straight up banging daily ride. You have a great start and with a little help it could be much louder. If you are dead set on only running 4 12s some work can be done. Mostly the port area to cuft ratio needs a bit of work. Shrinking the box a little but not too much will help as well. Pm me if you want some more info. Good job so far though! Thank You for commenting on my build. I am glad that people are enjoying it. I DO apretiate all the advice you are giving me!!! Like MoSes said I am not about metering; However I do like to see my score. You're right, I shouldn't have posted it here though. (My main motivation is giving demo / Hairtricks ect.) I will PM you with some more questions...
