flood77 Posted May 23, 2013 Report Posted May 23, 2013 well i took my truck to a different shop today and was told my box was to small and that a full wall wont sound as good or reach maximum potential the sub has to offer as would something alitle more traditional.i wanted to know if anyone would agree with what i was told and if anyone had a designe that would work better for a full size ext cab truck.

flood77 Posted May 23, 2013 Author Report Posted May 23, 2013 well its walled now with 4 sa-4d12's and 2 hifonics brx 2000.1d wired to 1ohm box is 1.8 per sub tuned at 35hz but it doesnt sound all that great , ive heard other people's systems with same subs and sounded far better and hit alot better,ive got 2 extra batteries my altenator has been upgraded i have a line driver pretty much everything you need but only hitting 142'ds

I always called it a half wall when really that's all it was...big ass enclosure to the window line, lol Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
