rockford fosgate box

Recommended Posts

i have 2 rockford fosgate 09p3d412 subs currently in a sealed box. i was wanting to put them in a ported box and using the current box they are in. then just add 2 aroports to it. here is the sealed box dimensions and i just added 2 aroports.

Adding ports to a prefab box is not recommended. Have you looked at Fosgates recommendations ? That box would be a little small

the box would have to be about 3.5-4cuft after the ports are added in.

try making the ports external. might put you just above 3cuft but i still wouldnt do it. it would sound way better to just build a whole new box.

singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz.
