how much all together for a 1 ohm level 5 and carbonfiber dust caps or would I be better off with a 2 ohm subwoofer. I was running a Orion hcca 15.2 that I had bought used off of cl and it didn't least long the crescendo beat it up pretty good I thing my hu is responsible tho I'm using a soundstream 9.3 nb

Sounds good @ purple syrup. But I'm in the process of upgrading my alt as we speak so I'll have to see what I do when it's done but I was talking to sumbody on chat n they said try a dd 9515 m2 so I'm like hmm maybe I should just go neo grab another bc3500 strap em n say got flex?

I think the 9500 series are not neo motors with an RMS of 1500. It's the Z series that is. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

but what has drawn your attention

in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums

An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space

Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears,

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.

Yea, the Z is the neo. But still, their ratings on the 9500's are about as much of a lie as level 5's. :P And I'm not sure what you meant by M2..? The DD M2 amp? Or..?

You're correct. The Z is the neo, but the rating on the 95 is a joke. That thing will take abuse.
