the Jury has to decide if they think he had a way out of the situation other than killing the other guy. He didn't have injuries consistent with almost being killed. I have seen real ass whoopens and he looks like he was socked in the face and fell and hit his head then got up and fired. His explaination of why TM's hands were open was bullshit.

that me was speculating. I have seen people being shot in the chest and none of them that had one in the heart did anything other than die.

it looked like the kid hit him, threw his hands up like "what the fuck now" and got shot.

Yeah many people will say I would of not done that, in that situation but in reality you have no idea, what you would do if in that situation, unless you were faced with it. And the state is just reaching for anything because they drowning. Child abuse I'm glad the judge threw that out that was a stupid choice on the state. It shows how confident they are haha
